Pamtech to Present Semiconductor Automation and AI Test Solutions at SEMICON Korea 2026

Pamtech, a company specializing in automation solutions, announced on the 12th that it is participating in SEMICON Korea 2026, held at COEX in Seoul from February 11th to 13th, and is showcasing semiconductor automation equipment and AI semiconductor test solutions.

At this exhibition, Pamtec unveiled its equipment portfolio, encompassing manufacturing and testing processes, centered around wafer transfer automation equipment. On-site consultations are underway, focusing on key derivative equipment such as the WTR (Wafer Transfer Robot), EFEM logistics equipment, Wafer Sorter and Stocker System, Wafer Prober, and DI Cleaner.

In addition, post-process reliability equipment such as memory burn-in testers and burn-in boards (BIBs) are also introduced, showing that Pamtech's business area is expanding beyond automation equipment to encompass the entire semiconductor post-process.

A Pamtech official said, “Technical and business discussions with global clients are actively underway at the Semicon Korea site,” and added, “We will leverage our technological competitiveness encompassing automation and testing to translate this into tangible business results.”

Through this exhibition, Pamtech aims to expand its cooperative relationships with domestic and international OSAT and semiconductor packaging companies, and based on this, to achieve full-scale semiconductor equipment sales in 2026.
