Food and Beverage Company, which operates the non-face-to-face mobile laundry service Laundrygo, announced that it will launch Laundry Mate, a blanket laundry donation campaign for children in need of protection, together with the child welfare organization Green Umbrella on the 12th.
This campaign was designed to support facilities housing children in need of protection who struggle to wash their bedding due to a lack of large laundry facilities. The goal is to improve the sleeping environment for these children.
The campaign runs until March 8th, and any Rundrigo user can participate. To participate, simply leave a message of support for a child in need on the event page within the Rundrigo app. Each message will be donated to the laundry of one blanket.
Participants will receive a donation certificate. Sharing this certificate on an Instagram story and tagging the official Rundrigo account will donate an additional blanket.
Food, Clothing and Home Company plans to continue expanding its social contribution activities with users based on its laundry infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Laundrygo operates in major cities nationwide, including Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area, as well as Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Sejong, and Ulsan. As of January 2026, it boasts 1 million cumulative members, 5.6 million cumulative orders, and 40 million items of laundry.
