
Channel Corporation (CEO Siwon Choi), which operates the all-in-one AI business messenger 'Channel Talk', announced on the 12th that it will hold an 'Electronics Product Commerce Specialized CS Efficiency Webinar' on the 26th for small appliance and home device brand officials.
This webinar, titled "Simplifying Customer Service for Home Device Brands," will share examples of automated customer service using the AI agent "Alp" and know-how in managing customer service organizations. Speakers include Ahn Jung-kyung, Team Leader at Hurec, a food waste disposer brand, and Kim Hyun-ji, Team Leader at Sloom, a health tech brand.

According to the Korea Health Industry Development Institute, the domestic home care market is expected to reach approximately 7 trillion won in 2023 and exceed 10 trillion won by 2027. Accordingly, the industry is pursuing the advancement of customized AI consulting systems for high-involvement electronic products.
