CareLabs Receives Minister of Employment and Labor Award for Contribution to Private Employment Services

Carelabs (CEO Lee Min-kyung), a digital healthcare platform specialist, announced on the 13th that it received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award in recognition of its contribution to creating quality jobs at the 2025 Government Awards for Activating Private Employment Services.

The Private Employment Service Activation Award recognizes companies that have contributed to increasing employment and improving job quality in the private sector. This award is significant because it follows the achievements of CareLabs' medical workforce recruitment platform, Medijob, and comprehensively evaluates the company's job creation and organizational management capabilities. Beyond the performance of a single service, the award reflects efforts to create a work environment that engages employees and build a sustainable employment structure.

Carelabs operates welfare programs such as flexible work hours, family days, and an in-house cafeteria to support employees' work-life balance. Furthermore, the company continuously expands new hiring to contribute to job creation and foster a work environment that encourages long-term retention.

Founded in 2012, CareLabs offers integrated support platforms for cancer treatment journeys, including HealOh, a platform for medical staff recruitment, MediJob, a hospital customer management solution, Uno CRM, and smart hospital solutions. Its subsidiaries include Goodoc, a hospital registration and remote treatment platform; Barbitok, a medical beauty platform; and EDB, a pharmacy management and prescription security system company. Through these initiatives, CareLabs is building a digital healthcare value chain encompassing patients, medical staff, hospitals, and pharmacies.

A company official stated that this award is the result of efforts to create a better working environment, and that the company will continue to contribute to the growth of the private employment market through strengthening welfare systems and socially responsible management.
