Nota recorded sales of 13.1 billion won last year, driving growth with its AI-optimized platform and video surveillance solutions.

Nota (CEO Myung-soo Chae), an AI lightweight and optimization technology company, announced that it recorded its best performance ever last year thanks to the growth of its core businesses, the AI model optimization platform 'NetsPresso®' and the generative AI video control solution 'NVA (Nota Vision Agent)'.

Nota's annual sales last year reached 13.1 billion won, a 55.3% increase over the previous year. This was the company's highest performance since its founding in 2015, and the company attributed the growth to the expanded commercialization of its AI optimization technology and its entry into the global market.

Sales have shown a steep upward trend over the past three years. They reached approximately KRW 1.5 billion in 2022, KRW 3.6 billion in 2023, KRW 8.4 billion in 2024, and KRW 13.1 billion last year, continuing an average annual growth rate of over 100%. In particular, sales from Netpresso-based platforms increased approximately 88%, from KRW 2.8 billion in 2024 to KRW 5.3 billion last year.

Success also emerged in the solutions sector. NVA, a VLM-based video surveillance solution, began its commercial contract with Kolon Benit in July of last year and has since expanded its supply to diverse industries, including construction, shipbuilding, transportation, security, media, and healthcare. The introduction of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and security solutions in the Middle East, the US, and Kenya has contributed to the expansion of global sales.

Collaborations with global semiconductor companies have also fueled growth. Nota has signed a contract to supply optimization technology for Samsung Electronics' Exynos 2600, following the Exynos 2400 and 2500, establishing a recurring revenue structure linked to its chip roadmap. Collaborations with Arm, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Renesas, and others are also expanding.

As of January of this year, Nota announced that it had secured a backlog of orders worth approximately 5 billion won, including major contracts for Furiosa AI. This represents approximately 40% of last year's sales and is expected to enhance performance visibility for 2026.

Going forward, Nota plans to expand its business beyond on-device AI into the field of physical AI. Building on its vision, language, and action (VLA) model optimization technology, Nota aims to expand the application of AI lightweighting and optimization technologies to areas such as robotics and mobility.

Nota CEO Cha Myung-soo stated, “Commercialization of our technology has led to substantial sales growth,” and added, “Based on the secured orders and expansion of our global customer base, we will expand our business areas to include on-device AI, physical AI, and data center AI.”
