Data tech company Inlife (CEO Kyung-hoon Han) is accelerating its push into the global SaaS market ahead of its IPO. Inlife announced the establishment of a Global Business Office to serve as a control tower for its overseas operations and the appointment of Managing Director Mi-kyung Yoon as Head of Global Strategy.
This reorganization follows Inlife's recent efforts to transform itself into a profit-focused SaaS company. Building on the success of its SaaS business unit, which drove its highest performance last year, the company plans to use this year as the first step toward global expansion, focusing on securing mid- to long-term growth drivers and enhancing corporate value.
Prior to joining InLife, Managing Director Yoon Mi-kyung was a professional manager who led the digital marketing company Emforce. She also oversaw global business at OPT, a Japanese digital marketing company, where she managed group companies in Korea, China, and Asia, as well as spearheaded mergers and acquisitions of overseas companies. OPT, now renamed Digital Holdings, is a subsidiary of Japan's Hakuhodo Group.
This year, Inlife aims to establish its SaaS-based PC utility, EasyLab, operated by its affiliate Mobisoft, in overseas markets such as Japan, Taiwan, and the United States. Accordingly, Managing Director Yoon plans to strengthen the company-wide strategy, focusing on establishing a global business roadmap, developing localization strategies for each country, building global partnerships, and increasing the proportion of overseas sales.
The company plans to expand its global sales network, focusing on the Asian and North American markets, and focus on enhancing its global business model to ensure sustainable growth even after its IPO.
Meanwhile, InLife has established a presence in the domestic market through its AI advertising platform, Mobion. It is strengthening its technological competitiveness based on a virtuous data cycle that encompasses the entire process from data collection, loading, processing, and advertising monetization.
