Rebellion to Demonstrate Next-Generation AI Semiconductor "RebelQuad" Technology at ISSCC 2026

AI semiconductor startup Rebellion (CEO Park Sung-hyun) announced on the 19th that it had successfully presented its 'REBEL-Quad' paper and performed a live demo at the ISSCC (International Solid-State Circuits Conference) 2026, the world's most prestigious semiconductor design conference.

Rebellion showcased its technological capabilities by presenting at the processor session alongside global semiconductor companies such as IBM and MediaTek. This announcement is a recognition of its technological continuity from its first-generation AI semiconductor, the "ATOM," to its second-generation product.

RebelQuad is a next-generation AI semiconductor utilizing a chiplet process. By connecting four chiplets into a single chip, it solves the low yield problem associated with single-chip production and simultaneously ensures the production efficiency and economic feasibility of high-performance computing. Live demonstrations in real-world environments demonstrated mass-production-level stability in front of experts, garnering enthusiastic responses.

“Through the paper presentation and live demo at ISSCC, we demonstrated that RebelleQuad is complete and ready for commercialization,” said Jinwook Oh, CTO of RebelleQuad. “Based on global-level technological trust, we will accelerate mass production and customer proof-of-concept (PoC).”

Since the announcement of the first-generation Atom last year, Rebellion has been building trust in the global AI semiconductor market through continuous achievements, including being selected as the best virtual demonstration team and this year's RebellQuad real-time demonstration.
