Allmytour , an AI-based global bedbank solution company, announced on the 20th that it is starting a full-scale collaboration with Southeast Asian travel tech company TA Network and expanding its B2B accommodation distribution network.
Last November, All My Tour signed a strategic partnership with TA Network, a B2B distribution solutions provider that connects major Southeast Asian accommodations with local travel agencies in DMC and specialized travel agencies in TMC. The system integration was completed in January of this year, and the company has now completed partner selection and established operational standards, entering the accommodation supply phase.
The core of this collaboration is to build a cross-selling structure by leveraging the competitive room rates of both companies. The B2B fixed rates secured by DMCs and TMCs across Southeast Asia will be connected to AllmyTour's global accommodation sales network through the TA network. Simultaneously, AllmyTour will provide local partners with B2B supply prices specifically for inbound travelers.
The two companies' strategy is to standardize a real-time reservation and inventory management system based on API integration to increase operational efficiency and stability, and to expand the B2B ecosystem based on this.
Additionally, accommodation products owned by local partners will be supplied to AllmyTour's subscription-based OTA, AllmyTour.com. This is expected to enhance operational efficiency by allowing for greater control over pricing and policy issues, including the lowest price guarantee and uniform rate policy. This will ensure price stability and product competitiveness, while also enhancing the perceived benefits and user satisfaction of Awesome Membership members.
Going forward, All My Tour plans to expand its market to neighboring regions and specific cities based on reservation data and demand flow after stabilizing its fee structure and operational processes in major Southeast Asian countries.
David Lai, TA Network's Malaysia Country Manager, explained that while DMCs and TMCs in Southeast Asia possess competitive fixed rates, their slow digital transformation has hampered their ability to expand their global sales channels. He added that this collaboration will allow them to connect local travel agencies' products to a broader B2B distribution ecosystem through a single API.
AllmyTour Co-CEO Jeong Hyeon-il explained that this collaboration goes beyond simple product expansion and focuses on expanding the two-way B2B accommodation distribution ecosystem based on price stability and operational efficiency. He also announced that the company will strengthen its position as a global bedbank company based on its subscription-based OTA model and competitive inbound B2B rates.
