Bonne Zi Atosafe's first export to mainland China… "Denti Bongiorno signed a distribution agreement."

Atosafe, a subsidiary of global cosmetics company Bonne (CEO Eunsil Kang), announced on the 20th that it will be exporting its dental care brand 'Denti Bongiorno' toothpaste products to mainland China for the first time.

AtoSafe has signed a distribution agreement with its local Chinese distribution partner, Shenzhen Meitong Supply Chain Co., Ltd., with an initial order quantity of approximately 1 billion won. The minimum purchase target for the 2026 contract is 700,000 units, equivalent to approximately 4.3 billion won in Korean currency. The related sales will be reflected in Bonne's consolidated earnings. AtoSafe is also discussing additional contracts to expand its product line and expand its oral care product line.

This contract marks Atosafe's first foray into mainland China since its founding, demonstrating the potential for overseas expansion for its own brands, while maintaining a stable order base centered on ODM. The key products in the contract are three types of Denti Bongiorno toothpaste (bad breath care, gum care, and tartar care), made with natural eucalyptus and sage extracts and certified by Ecocert.

Kang Eun-sil, CEO of Bonne, said, “This is significant in that it is the first time a direct export model through a subsidiary brand has been successfully implemented in China,” and added, “We will maintain an ODM-centered business structure while expanding our own brands into the global market to diversify our mid- to long-term growth base.”
