The company plans to submit the matter for approval at its upcoming regular shareholders' meeting. The company explained that this name change is intended to fully implement the growth strategy centered on physical AI-based robot motion and energy platforms presented during last year's paid-in capital increase, and to more clearly communicate its business identity and mid- to long-term direction.
RS Automation is expanding its core competencies, built on robot motion control technology, into energy control and related platforms. A company official stated that the company's change of name will clarify its identity as a physical AI-based robot motion and energy platform company and accelerate its advance into the global market.
