OpenSurvey Achieves ISO 20252 Certification

Open Survey announced on the 23rd that it was the first domestic research company to obtain ISO 20252 certification, an international standard in the field of market research.

ISO 20252 is an international standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) specifically for market research, social surveys, and opinion polls. This certification recognizes Open Survey's research process management system as having a design and operational framework that flexibly responds to diverse industries and client challenges.

The company explained that its project management capabilities, based on its AI research platform "Dataspace," and its company-wide management system for maintaining data quality were key factors in achieving certification. As companies increasingly leverage consumer data as a core asset in the AI environment, the ability to ensure data safety and accuracy is becoming a key criterion for selecting research firms.

With this certification, OpenSurvey now officially recognizes its global research quality system, adding to its existing ISMS-P certification, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 27701. As global companies operating in the Asia-Pacific region increasingly consider ISO 20252 certification a key criterion when selecting partners, this certification is expected to have a positive impact on expanding global collaborations in the future.

CEO Hwang Hee-young stated that this certification objectively demonstrates the company's research expertise and technological capabilities, and that the company will continue to strengthen its competitiveness in the global market based on major domestic and international security and quality certifications.
