Global fandom company Be My Friends and music IP specialist Dreamus Company held a press conference on the 23rd to announce the establishment of a "global super fan business ecosystem" and a mid- to long-term business strategy. The two companies have integrated fandom data and music distribution infrastructure to create a structure that connects music releases, fandom building, online and offline experiences, and global expansion.

Bimae Friends provides "Fandom Business 360" services, including community, membership, content, commerce, global fulfillment, operational management, and data analysis, through its proprietary platform, Bstage. With 6 million cumulative members and 1 million monthly active paying users, Bimae Friends is expected to surpass 80 billion won in transaction volume by 2025.

Dreamus Company has established a full value chain encompassing release, streaming, fandom formation, commerce, performances, and global expansion through its music IP lifecycle strategy. This includes content collaborations with Dingo, expansion of the FLO-based digital fan universe, performance and membership integration, and integrated product design, supporting the continuous growth of artists and IPs.

Starting with K-POP, the two companies aim to complete a global superfan business ecosystem by providing integrated solutions to artists and IPs across Asia.
