On the 23rd, Cremon announced the introduction of a new 'Industry-Specialized Center' that provides expert services optimized for industry-specific needs.
The industry-specific specialist center is characterized by restructuring existing single service categories into industry-focused ones. Experts previously spread across various categories, such as marketing, design, IT, video, photography, and audio, are now curated to identify individuals with portfolios and successful experiences in their respective industries. This approach allows clients to more intuitively explore services suited to their business areas.
Based on customer data analysis, Cremon prioritized the hospital, beauty, open market, and private online shopping mall industries, which have high demand for expert matching. The hospital sector, with its high marketing challenges and branding capabilities, has consistently seen a demand for specialized personnel. The beauty industry, with its K-beauty trend and the rise of startups, is also seeing a surge in demand for professional services. The rise in online consumption has also fueled demand for private online shopping mall and open market services.
The hospital specialty section features companies ranked in the top 1% based on actual client evaluations, while the beauty specialty section features specialized agencies with experience in collaborating with domestic and international brands, enhancing service reliability.
The company plans to expand its specialty stores to various industries, including F&B, food, travel, leisure, and accommodation, in the future to respond to market changes and customer demands.
A K-Mong official explained that this introduction is a strategic measure to quickly connect experts suited to the characteristics of each industry.
