Xlog supplied 'Xlog for CDC' to Indonesia's BJB Bank for its BI system.

X-LOG (CEO Seok-ju Jang), a real-time data replication and transfer specialist, announced on the 24th that it will supply its real-time data replication (CDC) solution, 'X-LOG for CDC', to the 'Remote Banking Business Intelligence (BI) System Construction' project of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJB Bank) in Indonesia.

BJB Bank is a regional development bank (BPD) owned by the provincial governments of West Java and Banten, Indonesia. Its headquarters are located in Bandung and it is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This project aims to more quickly and consistently assess the business status of BJB Bank's numerous branches. The goal is to improve management efficiency by establishing a BI system that integrates, analyzes, and visualizes data generated from each branch system.

Xlog's "Xlog for CDC" is a high-performance solution that extracts and replicates database change transactions in real time. It supports a wide range of major domestic and international commercial and open-source DBMSs, as well as big data DBMSs, and provides real-time replication, data consistency verification, and automatic correction capabilities across heterogeneous systems.

Xlog plans to implement a structure that links data from each branch to a BI system based on Change Data Capture (CDC). This structure will collect and collate change data generated from existing branch systems in real time, then link it with a BI solution to provide data insights that can be utilized by both business departments and management.

Furthermore, we plan to improve the efficiency of data collection and loading processes and support an integrated data base that considers the operational stability and scalability required in a remote banking environment. After the initial implementation, we plan to participate in follow-up projects to enhance and expand operations.

BJB Bank expects that by implementing this CDC-based BI system, it will be able to integrate and manage key indicators at each branch and strengthen its data-driven decision-making system, enabling it to respond more nimbly to customer demands and market changes.

Jang Seok-ju, CEO of Xlog, announced that Xlog will provide a management system that will enhance the value of data utilization in the remote banking environment of major Indonesian banks and enable rapid monitoring of branch operations. He added that following the Thailand Provincial Administration project, Xlog will accelerate its Asian market penetration by expanding its references in Southeast Asia.
