Metanet DL wins contract to rebuild Myongji College's academic information system.

Metanet DL announced on the 24th that it has won a contract to rebuild the academic information system (I-CAMPUS) at Myongji College (President Kwon Doo-seung) and has begun construction. This project is seen as a case study of the university's continued competitiveness in the large technical college market, following its contract with Inha Technical College for a next-generation project last month.

This project goes beyond simple system restructuring. It begins with business process redesign (BPR) consulting, and aims to integrate digital transformation across all aspects of university operations, including academic administration, portal, mobile, and performance management systems. Through this, Myongji College plans to flexibly respond to changes in the future educational environment and establish a data-driven, customized talent development system.

In particular, we will establish an advanced academic information infrastructure that can support innovative academic programs such as convergence education, liberal arts, and extracurricular programs. We will also integrate and manage student data across the entire student lifecycle, from admission to employment. Furthermore, we will provide a smart academic simulation feature that allows students to check their graduation eligibility in real time, enhancing the convenience and transparency of academic services.

Metanet DL will build its system based on the university administration solution, MetaE4U. From the initial design stage, scalability and flexibility will be considered, enabling future implementation of AI-based university transformation (AX). Data standardization and system integration will also be implemented in parallel, laying the foundation for the stable integration of AI technology across academic administration.

MetanetDL is enhancing MetaE4U based on its experience with major university projects, including Yonsei University, KAIST, and Korea University, and plans to develop it into 'AI E4U' with AI agent functions to enhance the work productivity and operational efficiency of university members.

Myongji College President Kwon Doo-seung stated, "Together with Metanet DL, a leading provider of university information technology, we will flexibly adapt to the future educational environment and achieve innovation in academic administration." Metanet DL CEO Lee Chang-yeol stated, "This project is significant in that it lays the foundation for the university's AI Transformation (AX), and we will establish ourselves as an AX partner supporting work innovation for students and faculty."
