Audio AI solution company Dipli (CEO Suji Lee) announced on the 24th that it will participate in 'Automation World 2026 (AW 2026)', which will be held at COEX in Samseong-dong from March 4th to 6th. This year's exhibition will be held under the title '2026 Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition.'
Diply's "Listen AI" solution is an acoustic AI technology that automates the quality inspection of parts produced in industrial settings. The AI, trained on field acoustic data, identifies minute differences in part operation noise, even below 1 decibel (dB), to distinguish between good and defective products. It is also used to inspect fastening sounds, which are difficult for the human ear to distinguish.
Deeply will present its solutions at two booths: Hall B111 and the AI Factory Special Hall P120 at THE PLATZ on the second floor. The booth will feature live demonstrations of its "AI Motor Diagnosis Solution" and "AI Fastening Analysis Solution." The motor diagnosis solution, installed on a conveyor belt, detects abnormal component noises in real time without contact, guaranteeing 99.78% accuracy. The fastening analysis solution detects component connection noises even in noisy environments, eliminating misconnections and incomplete fastenings. It can be applied to the assembly process of electronic products such as automobiles, home appliances, and mobile devices.
Diply will also be a speaker at the event. In a pre-event webinar, it will be introduced as a "Participating Company to Watch This Year." At the main event's AI Factory Seminar, CEO Lee Su-ji will present on the topic, "Completing Factory Automation with Machine Ears in the Era of Physical AI."
CEO Lee Su-ji said, “In factories that require strict quality control, sound data provides a variety of signals,” and “Listen AI provides inspection accuracy of over 99.78% based on hundreds of thousands of sound data, and prevents risks by detecting abnormal signs early.”
