Smart check-in integrated into GMS in partnership with Green It, a golf course management specialist, introduced at Maple Beach in Gangneung.
-Setting a new standard for golftel operation by simultaneously enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

AI hospitality tech company H2O Hospitality (CEO Woonghee Lee, hereinafter referred to as H2O) announced on the 24th that it has collaborated with Green It Co., Ltd. (CEO Juntae Park), which provides golf course reservation and operation solutions, to introduce a service that integrates H2O's smart check-in solution into the golf course's management system (GMS).
This is the first time that smart check-in has been introduced to a golf hotel by linking it to GMS, and it was first applied to Maple Beach Golf & Resort in Gangneung, Gangwon-do.
With the integration of the two companies' systems, customers who play golf at Maple Beach CC will be able to conveniently check in to their rooms using their smartphones without having to wait at the Golftel front desk.
With the existing system, golf course reservations and golftel reservations and check-ins had to be managed separately, resulting in inefficiencies such as manual confirmation at the front desk and duplicate entry of reservation information.
The integration of these two systems will provide customers with seamless service from round reservations to check-in and check-in. Golf courses will also see a reduction in manual entry errors and a significant reduction in the burden of nighttime operations, significantly improving operational efficiency. Furthermore, by integrating data from both the golf course and Golftel, golfers can offer customers an even more enhanced service.
“Businesses that operate both golf courses and golftels have been experiencing operational difficulties due to the dual systems,” said Lee Woong-hee, CEO of H2O. “This system integration is a successful case that has eliminated inefficiencies and innovated the customer experience, and I am confident that it will have a positive ripple effect across the golf hospitality market going forward.”
Park Jun-tae, CEO of Green It, said, “By integrating the entire process from reservation to check-in, we have increased convenience for our guests and reduced operational burden,” adding, “We will continue to work with industry professionals considering smart golf courses to create various innovative cases.”
