
Bizhouse, an online design printing commerce platform operated by design platform company Miridi Co., Ltd., announced on the 25th that it ranked first in both preference and future usage intention in a brand awareness survey targeting small business owners.
This survey, commissioned by MarketLink, a research firm, was conducted from December 1st to 12th, targeting 500 small business owners aged 20-59 nationwide. The survey assessed preferences, usage intentions, and brand image for six major domestic online print platforms.
The survey results showed that Bizhouse's initial brand awareness nearly doubled compared to 2024, and it achieved the highest brand recognition rating among brand awareness users, with 54.2% indicating a preference for the brand and 65.3% indicating a willingness to use the brand in the future. Brand familiarity and interest also received positive reviews, with 55.6% and 59.0%, respectively.
In user evaluations, the service ranked first in both satisfaction and recommendation, with 83.3%. In the company image evaluation, the service received high scores for "good design" (83.3%), "reliability" (82.6%), and "ease of use" (80.6%). "Reasonable price" also received a 56.9% rating, demonstrating both price competitiveness and quality reliability.
In terms of brand image, it was evaluated as 'sophisticated and stylish' at 81.9%, 'professional image' at 81.9%, and 'practical image' at 78.5%, indicating that it is recognized as a brand with professionalism and practicality by small business owners.
