Dabang ranked first in the real estate platform category of the 2026 Korea Industrial Purchase Confidence Index.

Dabang, Korea's leading real estate information platform, announced on the 26th that it ranked first in the real estate brokerage platform category of the 13th Korea Purchase Confidence Index (KPEI) in 2026.

The Korea Industry Purchase Confidence Index, jointly administered by the Korea Marketing Association and Consumer Evaluation, measures the level of trust and confidence consumers feel when purchasing products and services. In this survey, Dabang scored 671 out of 1,000 points.

Since its launch in 2013, Dabang has achieved approximately 27 million cumulative app downloads and over 50 million listings, establishing itself as a leading real estate platform in Korea. According to Statistics Korea, the five-year survival rate for domestic startups is a mere 34.7%. However, Dabang continues to grow and improve its services.

Early Dabangs dominated the market by offering intuitive UI/UX-based mobile services, targeting the 2030 generation. Since then, they have leveraged accumulated data to expand their capabilities, including personalized recommendations and real-time market analysis, further strengthening their platform's competitiveness.

To ensure user safety and trust, Dabang offers a secure number service to protect personal information. Starting in 2023, the Real Estate Clean Management Center, under the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISO), will handle reporting fraudulent listings. The company also operates its own management policies, including internal monitoring and a compensation system.

Collaboration with licensed real estate agents is also considered a key growth factor. Dabang recognizes licensed real estate agents as key partners and has strengthened its collaboration. In 2022, it signed a business agreement with the Korea Association of Real Estate Agents to promote a safe and transparent transaction environment.
