Selvas AI's "Selvas Note" Receives SME Technology Market Certification

Selvas AI, an AI voice recognition specialist, announced on the 26th that its AI voice recording solution, "Selvas Note," has received certification from the SME Technology Market and been listed on the official platform. This certification enables procurement sales to public institutions and streamlines the adoption process.

Selvas Note is an AI recording solution that automatically converts audio from on-site events, such as meetings, investigations, surveys, and consultations, into text. Recently, it has applied large-scale language models (LLMs) to automatically summarize long conversations and support query-based searches, such as the time of incident or topic of conversation. This reduces document creation time and supports drafting reports and statements.

Currently, approximately 70 public institutions and private companies, including Level 1 and 2 police stations nationwide, investigation rooms at provincial and metropolitan police agencies, provincial and metropolitan district offices, fire departments, and military units, are using Selvas Note for document and meeting minutes preparation. Selvas Note has also achieved Grade 1 GS (Good Software) certification from the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) of Korea.

The SME Technology Market Certification is a system where public institutions verify the technical feasibility and reliability of SME technologies and certify their potential for use in the public market. Certified technologies are listed on the platform, allowing demand agencies to review information and initiate adoption procedures. Suppliers can utilize public procurement methods such as negotiated contracts.

A company official said, “This certification has expanded our supply base within the public procurement market,” and added, “We plan to provide products tailored to the work environment of each institution by adding models equipped with LLM-based summary functions, and expand our supply to public institutions through the technology market and the Public Procurement Service’s digital service mall.”
