Indent Corporation (CEO Tae-seok Yoon, hereinafter "Indent"), a commerce AX specialist, announced that its 2025 sales increased by 91% year-over-year. The company has achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 233% over the past three years, and continues to stabilize its profit structure by achieving consecutive profits for the past six months.
Indent proposed an AI-enabled roll-up approach as its growth strategy. This strategy redesigns labor-intensive marketing and commerce operations around AI agents and applies it to actual operations to verify its effectiveness. It focuses on improving overall operational efficiency.
Key services include SprayIO, Bobooshop, and VReview. SprayIO automates the global marketing of K-brands, analyzing data from 20 million influencers across 60 countries to match them with optimized accounts. It automates the recruitment, contracting, and performance management processes, enabling data-driven seeding marketing. Companies leveraging this platform include Amorepacific, Skin1004, Mediheal, and CJ Olive Young.
Bobushop is a global cross-border platform that automates reverse imports using AI-based localization technology. Simply entering product information creates a country-specific sales page and provides integrated support for currency, payment, shipping, and customer service. This enables global sales without the need for a separate overseas organization.
VReview is an AI-powered video review SaaS adopted by over 7,000 companies. Its chatbot-based review collection system boosts purchase conversion rates and review collection rates, contributing to increased sales. Recently, the platform has expanded its reach to various industries, including pets, furniture, and travel.
Indent is building an integrated structure that connects three services, encompassing review data acquisition, global brand awareness expansion, and sales conversion. This establishes a data-driven, iterative model for brands' global expansion and integrates the commerce value chain with AI technology.
Yoon Tae-seok, CEO of Indent Corporation, said, “This year, we plan to expand our logistics infrastructure and precisely connect the commerce value chain for brands hoping to enter the global market,” and added, “Based on AI agent technology, we will support the stabilization of K-brands in overseas markets.”
