SGA Solutions (CEO Choi Young-cheol), a specialized integrated IT security company, announced on the 26th that it recorded consolidated sales of KRW 61.6 billion, operating profit of KRW 14.8 billion, and net profit of KRW 17.1 billion for 2025. Sales grew 43% year-over-year, and operating profit and net profit both returned to profitability. The company viewed this achievement not as a simple recovery but as a turning point in improving its profit structure.
SGA Solutions cited "triple leverage" as the driving force behind its record-breaking performance: maximizing operational efficiency through the integration of its core security business, demonstrating the return on investment from its investment subsidiary, Axis Investment, and capital gains from asset disposals driven by business restructuring and efficiency improvements. Amidst growing demand for integrated security and zero-trust solutions, the company is strengthening its order base, focusing on the public and financial markets. In the investment sector, it has achieved cash returns from key investment companies such as Aromatica, Graphy, and Bitsronextec.
In 2026, the company is expected to see both top-line growth and improved profitability, driven by increased demand for integrated security, enhanced investment portfolio value, and the combined performance of Creon Unity, which achieved KRW 80 billion in sales in 2025. The company also plans to pursue a stock split, raising the par value from KRW 100 to KRW 500, to enhance shareholder value and stabilize the stock price.
CEO Choi Young-cheol said, “We achieved our best performance ever by simultaneously improving the efficiency of our core security business and achieving investment results,” and added, “Starting in 2026, the pace of performance growth will accelerate as the core business growth, continued investment performance, and the reflection of Creon Unity’s performance are combined.”
