Platier, a vertical AI and DX solutions company, announced its preliminary earnings on the 26th, reporting consolidated sales for 2025 of KRW 38.9 billion, a 30.3% year-on-year increase. The company explained that it has ended the downward trend in performance that began in 2022 and entered a full-fledged rebound phase.
Profitability indicators also improved. The annual operating loss for 2025 narrowed by 36.9% year-on-year. Notably, fourth-quarter sales increased by 73.4% year-on-year to KRW 12.1 billion, marking the company's highest quarterly performance since 2022. Quarterly operating profit also returned to surplus, demonstrating a recovery in performance.
The new flagship business, AX (AI Transformation), is expanding its performance centered on agentic AI-based solutions. The results of "XGEN," applied to Lotte Home Shopping, are beginning to be reflected, and a solution supply contract was recently signed with a commercial bank. Proof-of-concept (PoC) trials are underway with additional financial institutions. The company is also pursuing commercialization by completing PoCs and signing final contracts in the defense, global semiconductor, and large-scale manufacturing sectors. The company believes that securing references in industries requiring security and reliability will serve as the foundation for future profitability improvement.
The existing DX (Digital Transformation) solutions division also continued its growth. The contract to supply DX solutions to Samsung Electronics through collaboration with Samsung SDS is contributing to increased sales, and further growth is expected based on the additional large-scale supply contract signed on January 28th.
CEO Lee Sang-hoon stated that preemptive investments in developing enterprise-grade AX/DX solutions are yielding tangible results. He added that in 2026, the company plans to expand into the domestic mid-sized and large enterprise markets and launch a full-scale global AX business centered on its Japanese subsidiary.
