Today's House announced on the 3rd that it will open an offline consultation center, "Today's House Interior Pangyo Lounge," to strengthen its interior construction services. Having grown online, Today's House plans to expand its offline presence to enhance the reliability of its construction services and customer experience.
Pangyo Lounge is the first regional hub for "Today's House Interior," a brand encompassing interior construction and brokerage services. Located as a standalone store at the entrance to Furniture Street in Unjung-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Pangyo Lounge aims to strategically target the southern Gyeonggi region, where interior design demand is high.
At the center of the space is "Today's Kitchen," a kitchen brand directly constructed by Today's House. Visitors can experience a real kitchen space, and a materials library allows them to explore key materials like tiles, flooring, flooring, and wallpaper. In collaboration with smart lighting brand Akira, the space allows users to compare the color and texture of materials in different lighting conditions, and a content screen allows for simulation of material combinations.
The consultation space will be staffed by professional consultants, including kitchen designers, who will provide personalized, one-on-one consultations. Weekdays will be open by appointment only for in-depth consultations, while weekends will allow in-person customers to browse freely and receive brief consultations.
To celebrate the opening of Pangyo Lounge, Today's House is running a promotion that will award 500,000 points to customers who complete kitchen renovations after requesting a consultation in March.
With the opening of this regional hub, the company plans to expand beyond its existing preference-focused platform into a solutions provider that supports the entire interior construction process. Late last year, it established a subsidiary specializing in partial construction, "Today's House Construction," and completed registration as a specialized construction company. The company aims to improve the market by standardizing and enhancing reliability in partial construction areas such as wallpapering, flooring, paneling, and kitchens.
An official from Today's House Interior stated that Pangyo Lounge is the first regional hub where everything from consultations to material confirmation and construction decisions can be done in one place, and that they will continue to enhance the construction experience by linking online and offline.
