These appointments are intended to clarify roles and responsibilities in business, finance, and technology, and to establish a leadership structure appropriate to each stage of growth.
CFO Joo Jin-myeong oversees the company's financial and management support systems. Drawing on his consulting and investment experience at Bain & Company and IMM Private Equity, he has been systematizing the company's financial strategy and cash management structure. Going forward, he plans to oversee not only finance but also overall policy and business strategy, supporting the company's growth and stabilizing its profit structure.
CTO Heo Won-jin, with experience at global companies like Samsung Electronics and SAP, has advanced the collaboration between services and technology since joining My Real Trip in 2023. As CTO of subsidiary AICX, he is driving AI adoption, technological efficiency, and business structure innovation, and is also involved in strengthening the company's AI native technology capabilities.
CEO Lee Dong-geon plans to focus on expanding inbound business and strengthening the competitiveness of existing core businesses, while organically expanding each business under the direction of connecting customer experiences.
A My Real Trip representative stated that this personnel change will serve as an opportunity to strengthen business performance through a structure that links technology and finance.
