Spoon Labs' short drama platform Vigloo announced on the 3rd that it is launching 'Vigloo Studio', which provides settlement and viewership performance data to its partner production companies (CPs).
Biglu Studio is a dashboard that provides key performance data, including the revenue composition, deductions, and settlement amounts for short-form dramas, along with viewership, episode-by-episode churn rate, and viewership by country, all in a single system. The company explained that this is an industry first for a platform to provide integrated disclosure of settlement structures and viewership data to its partner production companies.
The system integrates data access and AI-powered automated performance analysis. Key features include calculating performance ratings for each work, automatically diagnosing episode performance, and providing trend analysis reports for three months after launch. This allows production companies to objectively assess the performance of their work and utilize it to plan future content and develop expansion strategies.
Within the year, AI-based performance prediction models and comparative analysis features by genre and country are planned to be added. Furthermore, a Top 5 benchmark comparison feature for short dramas by partner company and in-depth analysis of viewing patterns will be introduced to support production companies' performance assessments.
With this launch, Biglu plans to strengthen the data sharing collaboration system between platforms and production companies and expand production partnerships centered on transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Spoon Labs CEO Choi Hyuk-jae explained that Biglu Studio is a tool that resolves information asymmetry between platforms and production companies and supports creators to analyze performance through AI and design their next strategy.
