Vibe Company and KG Zeroin Sign MOU to Target the Financial AX Market

Vibe Company and KG Zeroin announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the goal of taking the lead in the artificial intelligence transformation (AX) market in the financial industry.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly identify AX business opportunities within the financial sector and jointly design a specific business model. Vibe Company plans to integrate KG Zeroin's financial data analysis capabilities with its AI and large-scale language model (LLM) technology to create an AI agent service optimized for practical financial environments.

The scope of the collaboration includes joint marketing to expand AI business, collaboration on AX and DX projects in the finance, public, manufacturing, and enterprise sectors, and the mutual provision of content and data necessary for business advancement. Building on each company's expertise, the two companies plan to gradually expand their AX businesses tailored to the specific needs of each industry.

Considering the financial sector's inherent importance of security and stability, the initial focus will be on on-premise AI-centric projects. This will create an environment where financial institutions can utilize internal data without fear of external leakage, and the plan is to gradually expand the scope of cooperation thereafter.

Yoon Jun-tae, Vice President of Vibe Company, stated that the collaboration with KG Zeroin will serve as an opportunity to flesh out an AX model tailored to the financial industry. Han Su-hyeok, CEO of KG Zeroin, also stated that Vibe Company will apply LLM technology to its financial solutions to create practical AX cases and present a tangible AI adoption plan for financial institutions.

In recent years, the financial sector has seen a surge in the adoption of customized solutions combining generative AI and data analysis technologies, leading to a series of strategic partnerships between IT companies and financial data specialists.
