Grip Holds '2026 Grip Partners Day'

Grip Company (CEO Kim Hanna and Kim Taesu) announced on the 4th that it will hold the '2026 Grip Partners Day' for creators and brand partners at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul.

This event brought together creators and brand partners active in Grip to share industry trends and explore collaboration opportunities. Around 120 people attended, including CEO Kim Hanna, Commerce Headquarters Director Han Chang-gyun, and other officials, as well as key creators and representatives from brand partners. Brands from a variety of industries participated, including LF, Shinsegae Department Store, Maeil Dairies, and Samsung Electronics.

In her keynote speech, CEO Kim Hanna highlighted the evolving industry landscape, including the rise of live commerce, shifts in supply chains, and the proliferation of AI. She announced that Grip will establish itself as a leading platform for creators by 2026 and gradually provide solutions to support brand commercialization. Han Chang-gyun, Head of Commerce, explained the structure that fosters creators as fan-driven brands, as well as the support Grip provides across product planning, operations, sales, and monetization.

At the event, grip creators like Threeback and Heungjeongdaehwanggun spoke directly, sharing their experiences in content planning, fan communication, and brand collaborations, sharing practical case studies and know-how. A lounge-style booth provided opportunities for creators and brands to discuss and meet. A tech lounge offered live broadcasting experiences and AI capabilities. A benefit lounge offered on-site benefits and souvenirs, and a lucky draw program was also held.

The latter half of the event featured a networking program where participants freely interacted and discussed business opportunities and directions for collaboration.

CEO Kim Hanna said, “I hope this event will serve as an opportunity to strengthen understanding and connections between creators and brands,” and added, “We will continue to expand our support to help creators grow and establish themselves as brands.”

Meanwhile, the domestic live commerce and commerce creator platform market is expanding events that strengthen the connection between brands and creators.
