Emro's 'Cadence' Achieves Global Information Security ISO/IEC Certification

Emro (CEO Song Jae-min) announced on the 4th that its SRM SaaS solution 'Cadence' has obtained ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27018 certifications.

ISO/IEC certification is a global information security standard jointly established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). ISO/IEC 27001 evaluates the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ISO/IEC 27017 evaluates the security control of cloud environments, and ISO/IEC 27018 evaluates the personal information protection system in the cloud.

SaaS companies process, store, and manage a large amount of customer data in the cloud, making cloud security and privacy protection essential. With this certification, Emro has objectively demonstrated its world-class security system and privacy protection capabilities, and this is expected to strengthen its competitiveness and credibility in both domestic and international markets.

Emro is currently expanding its presence in the domestic and international SRM markets, focusing on 'Cadence', and this ISO/IEC certification signifies that, in addition to the existing SOC2 Type 2 certification, it has met the security and personal information protection standards required by global companies.

An Emro representative stated, “With this certification, we have been officially recognized as a SaaS company with global-level security and personal information protection capabilities,” adding, “We plan to increase customer trust in key markets such as North America and Europe and accelerate the acquisition of new customers and business expansion.”

In the domestic supply chain management SaaS market, compliance with cloud security and data protection standards is emerging as a key evaluation factor for global transactions and overseas expansion competitiveness.
