Azwemake to Provide 'K-DX' Integrated Store Operation Solution to Vietnam's K-Market

Azwemake announced on the 5th that it will provide the 'K-DX (Korea Digital Transformation)' integrated store operation solution in cooperation with K&K GLOBAL TRADING, which operates the Korean food distribution chain 'K-Market' in Vietnam.

This contract is significant in that it is an example of Korean retail digital transformation (DX) technology being introduced to overseas distribution headquarters in a full-stack form that includes WMS (warehouse management system), ERP (enterprise resource planning), POS (point of sale), online mall, and omnichannel linkage, going beyond individual systems.

Azwemake provides integrated DX solutions for grocery stores. Through proprietary technology development and strategic M&A, it has established a system encompassing the entire retail operation process. Key services include the grocery store O2O platform "Q Market," the human resources brokerage service "Q Mom," the delivery service "Haet Baedal," specialized advertising and coupon issuance for grocery stores, AI-based inventory and ordering automation, dynamic price management, and an integrated WMS, ERP, and POS system.

K-Market, the solution applied to this project, is a Korean Wave-focused retail chain in Vietnam with approximately 150 stores, primarily in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Its main products include Korean food, household goods, and alcoholic beverages.

The two companies plan to integrate K-Market's operating systems into the K-Market Solution Platform (KSP). The scope of implementation encompasses all aspects of retail operations, including WMS, ERP (KRP), POS and ESL (electronic shelf label), groupware, accounting, HMS, online malls, and omnichannel systems.

K-DX standardizes the logistics process from product receipt to storage, picking, shipping, and transportation, and is designed to integrate store sales, settlement, pricing, and inventory data in real time. This system aims to support integrated management of online and offline inventory and the automation of back-office tasks such as accounting and human resources.

Azwemake previously supplied ESL, a core component of its solution, to Vietnam, completing installation at K-Market Hanoi's Gyeongnam branch and Ho Chi Minh City's An Phu branch in December 2025. The company views this as a local application example of Korean-style price automation technology.

The operational diagnosis conducted prior to the project's launch identified key challenges, including a lack of reliability in computerized inventory, manual work centered on Excel, inadequate distribution period management, absence of a TMS, and discrepancies between online and offline inventory.

Additionally, based on our experience operating Q Market, we are revamping the K-Market online mall. Our goal is to increase sales and repeat visits by automating product registration through WMS integration, building a promotion engine, personalized marketing based on purchase data, and improving the payment system.

The two companies began the project on January 1, 2026, and plan to gradually implement K-DX and complete the construction of WMS and online mall advancement by August.

Azwemake explained that this contract marks the first application of its domestic retail DX operating model to an overseas market, and announced plans to expand into Southeast Asia, using Vietnam as a base. Demand for retail DX solutions is rapidly increasing in Southeast Asia, driven by the acceleration of omnichannel strategies and integrated logistics systems in the market.
