Dabang launches "Our Home Service," an integrated lifecycle management service for residential housing.

Dabang announced on the 5th that it has launched "Our Home Service," an integrated management service that connects the entire residential life cycle into a single flow. This service is designed to manage all residential activities, from finding a home to moving in, selling, and leasing.

‘Our Home Service’ operates with three main functions: ▲ Listing a room ▲ Finding a room ▲ Managing a room.

The "List a Room" feature allows users to list their homes and immediately submit listing requests to qualified real estate agents. The simplified registration process allows for unlimited listing requests per account, with no limits on the number of requests. Real estate agents can quickly manage properties when contracts expire or vacancies arise.

The Find a Room feature allows users to specify their desired home criteria, and real estate agents then suggest properties that meet those criteria. Users can specify not only basic requirements like location, budget, layout, and move-in date, but also lifestyle-specific requirements like sunlight and quietness. They can compare offers from multiple real estate agents at a glance. Real estate agents can identify specific customer needs, reducing unnecessary inquiries and increasing the success rate of a transaction.

The "Manage" feature helps users register their home information and systematically manage their real estate assets. It provides visualized financial information, such as deposits and monthly rents, for registered properties. It also integrates with the "Place a Room for Rent" feature to support efficient vacancy management when a contract expires.

With the launch of this service, Dabang has discontinued its existing direct transaction service and plans to provide an integrated management environment for both users and brokers, thereby increasing transaction success rates and revitalizing the brokerage market. A Dabang representative explained, "Our Home service is designed to manage the entire process, from brokerage requests to matching and transactions, on a single platform. This will serve as the foundation for building a win-win ecosystem where both users and brokers participate."

Meanwhile, the real estate platform market is expanding user-centric, customized property management and integrated platform services.
