BituN Completes Two Patent Applications Related to Automatic Data Quality Management Diagnostic Technology

BituN (CEO Lee Chang-hyun and Lee Jeong-hoon) announced on the 6th that it has completed two patent applications related to automatic diagnosis technology, a core function of its data quality management solution, 'SDQ (Smart Data Quality)'.

This patent application represents the result of B2N's years of experience in public data quality management, refined and reflecting on-site needs. Even local governments and small organizations lacking dedicated IT departments or specialized personnel can leverage automation to improve data quality and standards, laying the foundation for responding to government assessments.

With the recent establishment of the government's public data quality assessment system, the importance of data quality management has been emphasized. However, some local governments and small organizations are experiencing delays in assessment preparation due to on-site circumstances, leading to a persistent demand for practical tools that can reduce the workload.

BituN's "SDQ" is attracting attention as a solution that meets these needs. The automated data quality diagnosis feature embedded in "SDQ" is specialized for assessing the quality management level of public data, automatically checking key elements such as domain, code, and referential integrity.

A particular advantage is its lightweight structure, which allows even budget-constrained organizations to automatically perform data quality management tasks without additional infrastructure investment. The company reported that actual application has demonstrated a reduction in workload and improved inspection efficiency.

Park Soon-hyeok, head of the B2N Solutions Lab, said, “The SDQ automatic diagnosis function was designed with field constraints and needs in mind,” and added, “It will support organizations that have had difficulty preparing for assessments to conduct systematic inspections with minimal preparation.”
