Korea Asset Purchase (CEO Kim Jong-gu) and the Korea Real Estate Appraisers Association (Chairman Yang Gil-su) signed a business agreement on the 4th to promote the development of the real estate industry and strengthen transaction fairness.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will discover joint research projects to enhance transparency in real estate transactions, promote industrial development, and enhance national housing welfare, and also pursue collaborative projects utilizing their existing infrastructure.
The Korea Association of Real Estate Appraisers is a statutory organization established pursuant to laws related to real estate appraisal and public disclosure of real estate prices. Its role includes promoting the real estate appraisal industry, protecting citizens' property rights, fostering professional talent, and improving systems.
Korea Asset Purchase operates a protection agreement platform called "Hedge," which manages housing price fluctuation risk based on its proprietary AI real estate analysis engine, "AI PRISM." Furthermore, it possesses specialized real estate asset valuation technologies, such as the Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and the Risk-Based Pricing Model (RBPM), and is considered to have strong technological potential for integration with the appraisal field.
Kim Jong-gu, CEO of Korea Asset Purchase, said, "We expect that the combination of our appraisal expertise and AI-based asset analysis technology will contribute to strengthening fairness and enhancing reliability in the real estate market."
Meanwhile, with the recent increase in platform services combining real estate fintech and appraisal technology, competition in the market for data-based asset valuation and risk management is intensifying.
