Shinsong Food announced that it participated in the '45th Anaheim International Natural Products Expo West' held in Anaheim, California, USA, and introduced its traditional Korean fermented food, soy sauce products, to the global market.

This year's expo took place from March 3 to 6, 2026, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. This large-scale natural food exhibition, attended by food companies and buyers from around the world, is a global food industry event, with approximately 3,000 participating companies and over 80,000 visitors from 130 countries.

Shinsong Foods showcased a variety of fermented foods at its exhibition booth, focusing on traditional Korean sauces like soy sauce, doenjang, and gochujang. The company promoted its products to global buyers, highlighting the flavor and diverse culinary applications of these sauces, built on long-standing fermentation techniques.

With growing interest in K-food in overseas markets, inquiries about Korean fermented food culture and soy sauce products have also been pouring in. At the exhibition, global food distributors and buyers visited the booth and offered consultations on the products, demonstrating their keen interest.

This exhibition also showcased products designed for enhanced convenience. These included tube-type soy sauce products for home use, recipe-based gochujang products in a variety of flavors, including sweet, hot, and sour, as well as ready-to-eat traditional soybean paste soup.

In particular, the 'Delicious Gochujang' product line, based on gochujang, was introduced as a sauce-type product that can be used in global cuisine and attracted the attention of on-site buyers.

Overseas buyers who visited the booth expressed interest in the savory flavor of the soy sauce made using traditional Korean fermentation methods and the fact that it is a fermented sauce that can be used in a variety of dishes. Consultations were also held with distribution channel representatives from North America and Europe.

A Shinsong Food official said that through this exhibition, they were able to reaffirm the interest in Korean fermented foods among global consumers and buyers, and that they plan to continue to participate in major international food exhibitions to promote the value of Korean fermented foods and expand their presence in overseas markets.

Recently, as interest in fermented foods and K-foods has grown in the global food market, the overseas expansion of sauces and convenience food products utilizing Korean soy sauces is expanding.
