Jobplanet, a career platform operated by AI/data-based HR tech platform Worksphere (CEO Hyun-Jun Yoon), announced that it has revealed the top 0.01% of 31 companies that are good places to work through the '2026 Jobplanet Awards'.
Jobplanet has been publishing company rankings based on annual job evaluation data. Last year, it introduced the "Jobplanet Awards" system to provide job seekers with reliable information. This year's awards were based on sector-specific rating data accumulated through 2025, selecting the top 0.01% of 470,000 companies nationwide.
The selection criteria have expanded from a single evaluation to four categories: ▲Salary and Benefits ▲Work-Life Balance ▲Career Growth ▲Recruitment Experience. Representative companies in each category are as follows.
SK Telecom, GlaxoSmithKline, Naver Cloud, Applied Materials Korea, Weverse Company, Electronic Arts Korea, Herbalife Korea, and Hyundai Mobis were selected in the salary and welfare category. AXA Insurance, SAP Korea, Google Korea, Neogenesis, Daein Precision, Korea Oil Pipeline Corporation, Vieworks, and Jatco Korea Engineering were selected in the work-life balance category. Nexon Korea, Daehong Communications, NCsoft, Oi Solution, Socar, Tokyo Electron Korea, Philip Morris Korea, and Mettler Toledo Korea were selected in the career growth category. Naver Webtoon, Dotmil, Daehaknaeil, Linde Korea, Space V, Electronic Arts Korea, and Jatco Korea Engineering were selected in the recruitment experience category.
Jobplanet offers a "Job Seeking Type Test" to help job seekers find the right company for them. Users input their priorities (work-life balance, compensation, career growth, etc.) and the app provides customized company recommendations.
Selected companies can utilize the "Planet Button," Jobplanet's certification mark, and apply the award plaque and PR package to their recruitment pages and promotional materials. Last year, approximately 73% of selected companies utilized this as recruitment branding material.
A Jobplanet representative stated, “The Jobplanet Awards, now in its 10th year, have established themselves as a data-driven trust indicator,” adding, “We will build a healthy recruiting environment by providing job seekers with personalized career information and companies with branding materials based on actual employee reviews.”
Meanwhile, Jobplanet is currently working on data integration with JobKorea to provide integrated company reviews and recruitment information. This system allows job seekers to view company reputations and job postings simultaneously, while companies can manage recruitment performance and branding metrics. Worksphere plans to expand its data-driven HR ecosystem by further enhancing its AI-based company recommendation and recruitment branding solutions.
In recent years, the HR industry has been increasingly focusing on combining data-driven corporate assessments with AI solutions tailored to job seekers, thereby simultaneously enhancing recruitment efficiency and corporate branding competitiveness.
