Brills (CEO Jeon Jin), a robotics automation company, announced on the 11th that it unveiled its AI safety control palletizing solution at the "Gyeonggi Province Physical AI Vision Declaration Ceremony" held at the Pangyo Global Biz Center on the 10th. Hosted by Gyeonggi Province and organized by the Gyeonggi Province Economic and Science Promotion Agency, the event was attended by Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon and approximately 200 corporate and institutional representatives. The event introduced domestic physical AI technology and discussed application cases in industrial settings.
Brils' AI safety control palletizing solution is designed to enable robots and workers to collaborate safely in the same space. Using AI object recognition technology and CCTV integration, it detects abnormalities in real time, such as workers not wearing protective gear or entering hazardous areas. The robot automatically adjusts its speed or stops to prevent accidents. Brils announced that this solution has improved workplace safety, increased productivity by 50%, and reduced defect rates by 70%.
This exhibition also presented a standard physical AI model optimized based on actual manufacturing site data. The solution can be applied to existing process lines without major modifications, making it a valuable alternative for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) planning to transition to smart factories. Brils plans to focus on revitalizing the Gyeonggi Province AI industry ecosystem and advancing robot intelligence technology.
Jeonjin Brils CEO said, “The core of physical AI goes beyond simple automation to create an environment where people and robots can collaborate safely,” adding, “Our goal is to present a model that uses AI to eliminate safety blind spots in the field and secure production competitiveness.”
