
Krafton Inc. (CEO Chang-han Kim) published the '2025 CSR Impact Report' summarizing its social contribution activities and achievements.
This report summarizes Krafton's social value creation activities from 2020 to 2025, focusing on three strategies: fostering digital and AI talent, contributing to local communities, and fostering an inclusive digital ecosystem. According to the report, approximately 1,380 digital and AI talents were developed during this period, and cumulative donations exceeded KRW 17.4 billion.
The Digital Talent Development Program provides individuals with opportunities to develop their capabilities and design their careers in a digital environment. Krafton operates various domestic and international programs, including Better Ground, Krafton Jungle, and AI Fellowship, and has cultivated approximately 1,380 world-class digital and AI talent. Krafton Jungle, in particular, supports aspiring developers to achieve rapid growth through fundamental exploration, self-directed learning, and collaborative experiences. The program is currently in its 12th year.
The community contribution program is designed to directly engage members and fans in solving social issues. Through member donations and matching grants, a cumulative total of over 17.4 billion won has been raised for various social issues, including disaster response, abandoned animal protection, and supporting the independence of children who have left foster care. Additionally, approximately 2,000 members have voluntarily participated in volunteer work, mentoring, and donation activities.
The Inclusive Digital Ecosystem Development Program includes activities aimed at fostering an environment where diversity and inclusion coexist, based on gaming culture. Krafton plans to continue expanding its CSR strategy and strengthen communication with stakeholders.
