All My Tour announced on the 16th that it has launched 'Project Talos' to build an ontology-based next-generation hotel operating system (OS) and has begun a proof of concept (PoC) targeting domestic hotels.
This project aims to build an AI-based infrastructure that resolves the labor shortage and data dispersion issues, which have been persistently identified as problems in the hotel industry, enhances operational efficiency, and supports the revitalization of inbound tourism.
The core technology of the project is the 'Digital Twin Ontology,' which implements hotel operational processes in the form of standardized maps understandable by AI. AllMyTour plans to accelerate the digital transformation (DX) and artificial intelligence transformation (AX) of the hotel industry by providing a knowledge library that AI can immediately utilize through a 'hybrid ontology layer' that combines a proprietary system with a knowledge graph, and by connecting data that was previously disconnected from existing legacy systems.
All My Tour has adopted the 'Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)' model to conduct the Proof of Concept (PoC). Targeting small and medium-sized business hotels (3.5-star), approximately four personnel, including data and ontology engineers and operations experts, are deployed for 8 to 12 weeks to collect practical issues and verify technology. Verification items include natural language-based AI agent interfaces, real-time integrated inventory management, automated settlement processes, and business efficiency improvements.
The company expects that through this PoC, it will be able to automate more than 80-90% of simple, repetitive tasks with AI agents, implement 'Dynamic Pricing Automation' through real-time reports and inventory management, and establish the foundation for an 'autonomous hotel' by integrating room sales and operational data in real time.
After completing the PoC, we plan to launch agentic AI-based services that can be immediately implemented in individual hotels to support the solution of common problems across the industry, and based on this, expand into the Northeast Asian market to strengthen our position as a global bed bank solution company.
Seok Young-gyu, CEO of All My Tour, said, “This project is the first step toward realizing an ‘autonomous hotel’ where hoteliers can focus on their core task of enhancing the customer experience,” adding, “We will resolve the domestic hotel workforce shortage and accommodation supply issues, and secure agentic AI technology and data sovereignty to lay the technological foundation for accelerating the era of 30 million foreign tourists.”
Meanwhile, in the hotel industry, there is a growing number of cases adopting operational automation and real-time data integration solutions utilizing AI and digital twin technology.
