JobKorea and Albamon Unveil Results of AI-Centric Main Page Reorganization

JobKorea and Albamon (operator Worksphere, Worksphere, CEO Hyun-joon Yoon) announced on the 17th that job seekers' job posting click-through rates and application conversion rates have significantly improved just one month after the service's main screen was revamped.

This reorganization marks the first major change since Worksphere’s strategy centered on AI career agents, characterized by the prominent placement of AI-recommended job postings on the main screen and improved user experience (UX). JobKorea provides personalized guides and recommended job postings through 'Today's AI Insight,' while Albamon has applied its proprietary AI solution 'LOOP Ai' to offer personalized job postings and streamline the sign-up and resume creation processes.

In terms of performance, the click-through rates (CTR) for job seekers at JobKorea and Albamon increased by 298% and 158%, respectively, compared to before the revamp. Additionally, the conversion rate (CVR) for job applications increased by approximately 35% for JobKorea compared to the previous 'Recommendation 2.0,' while Albamon saw a 119% rise in conversion rates due to the application of its new main UI. A JobKorea official explained, "Providing AI-based personalized job recommendations through the revamp led to positive results."

Improvements for users with limited job-seeking experience were also included. Through 'Curation JOB,' JobKorea uses AI to select and provide job postings tailored to working conditions and career preferences, allowing users to reduce search time and access personalized information. Albamon saw its integrated individual membership conversion rate more than double over the past month by streamlining the sign-up and resume creation steps and expanding easy sign-ups via social media.

Moving forward, JobKorea plans to continue innovating the recruitment experience by enhancing the accuracy of AI recommendations and integrating with AI agents for companies and job seekers scheduled for release in the first half of the year. Additionally, it intends to strengthen the functionality of displaying job postings suitable for job seekers and companies by applying AI ranking models to performance-based recruitment products.

JobKorea CTO Kim Yo-seop stated, “Overall improvements, such as the integration of job seeker-centric AI features, app design, and product structure reorganization, have led to an actual increase in service satisfaction,” adding, “We will continue to drive innovation in the job search experience through the development and commercialization of AI agents.”

Meanwhile, competition to increase job seeker engagement and conversion rates through AI-based customized job postings and UX innovation is intensifying in the domestic recruitment platform industry.
