Suprema (CEOs Jaewon Lee and Hancheol Kim), a company specializing in AI-based integrated security and access control solutions, announced on the 17th that it will participate in 'SECON 2026,' Asia's largest integrated security exhibition, which will be held at KINTEX in Ilsan from March 18 to 20.
At this exhibition, Suprema is showcasing 'BioStar X,' an AI-integrated security platform for enterprise environments. This platform allows for the management of access logs, video monitoring, interactive maps, and alerts from a single console, and supports immediate response to abnormal situations. By applying an AI-based video analysis plugin, it can detect various hazardous situations in real time, such as falls, intrusions, loitering, tailgating, and organic matter.
In the fields of public safety and residential complex security, the AI facial recognition-based search solution 'Q-Finder' is being introduced. As the first Sovereign AI-based system in Korea, it tracks missing persons or search targets in real-time via CCTV footage and visualizes their movement paths by linking with GIS-based maps. Additionally, a residential complex security solution integrating AI and service robots will be unveiled at the exhibition, showcasing a next-generation residential security model where humans and robots collaborate.
Expansion into the video security sector utilizing access control technology will also be unveiled. Building upon existing access control solutions, an integrated security service is presented that combines AI facial recognition with intelligent video analysis, applicable to large-scale environments such as government buildings and national security facilities.
Among the new products, the 'BioStation 3 Max' access control terminal and the 'XPass Q2' ultra-high-speed QR and RFID reader, both scheduled for release in the first half of the year, will be unveiled for the first time in Korea. The BioStation 3 Max features a large touchscreen and VoIP intercom to support two-way communication, while the XPass Q2 is a device optimized for authenticating multiple visitors, offering both security and convenience.
Choi Jong-kyu, Head of Domestic Business and Systems at Suprema, stated, “Our goal is to enhance security operational efficiency with integrated security solutions based on AI technology,” adding, “We will showcase the present and future of next-generation security systems at SECON 2026.”
