KimCaddy Selected as Supplier for 'Smart Store Technology Dissemination Project' for 2 Consecutive Years

KimCaddy, a screen golf reservation platform, announced on the 17th that it has been selected as a supplier for the second consecutive year for the '2026 Smart Store Technology Dissemination Project' organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Small Business and Market Service. Following its selection last year, the company is participating in the project again this year and will continue to support the digital transformation of small business owners through the initiative.

This project is a government support program that utilizes AI, IoT, and automation technologies to improve the digital environment of small business stores and enhance operational efficiency. KimCaddy has been selected for the general type of project, allowing it to receive government subsidies of up to 70% of the supply price upon solution installation. Simplified taxpayers and sole proprietors can receive support of up to 80%, and some local governments provide additional support for self-funding, further reducing the burden of implementation costs.

The unmanned operation solution provided by KimCaddy focuses on reducing reliance on human labor and increasing efficiency by integrating store operation functions such as reservation management, access control, equipment control, and power management. Linked with the reservation system, the batting cage simulator and beam projector operate automatically when a user makes a reservation, and power for store equipment is also automatically controlled through IoT-based power management functions.

In addition, the access control system and voice guidance function are linked with reservation information, enabling customer guidance even in unmanned environments. Store operators can remotely check the store status in real time and control equipment via a mobile app.

A KimCaddy official stated, “We are helping small business owners reduce labor costs and increase operational efficiency through unmanned solutions tailored to the operating environment of screen golf facilities,” adding, “We plan to continue expanding technical support for the digital transformation of stores through the Smart Store project.”
