Alba Heaven (CEO Woo Tae-kyung), a platform specializing in part-time job recruitment and search, announced on the 17th that it has newly launched 'Alba Heaven AI Agent,' a conversational AI-based job search support service. This service operates by having the AI analyze job postings and provide real-time answers when job seekers ask questions regarding recruitment announcements.
The service can be accessed via the 'AI Agent' icon at the bottom of each job posting detail page, allowing users to ask various questions regarding salary, working conditions, and nearby transportation. Features such as a selection of frequently asked questions, a summary function to view job postings at a glance, and recommendations for similar postings are also provided. Additionally, users can apply for job postings directly from the service screen, and conversation history can be viewed in the 'AI Agent Management' menu.
Alba Heaven has been expanding the integration of AI technology since last year, launching services such as AI-powered cover letters, AI interview guides, and AI-powered application message composition for job seekers. The introduction of this AI agent is expected to significantly improve the job search experience, making it more convenient throughout the entire process of job searching and application.
Kim Sang-baek, CTO of Alba Heaven, stated, “About half of the respondents are utilizing AI in the job search process, and AI agents are a service that has taken the method of searching for job postings to the next level,” adding, “We will continue to enhance the service by expanding AI-based features across the entire platform to make it easier for job seekers to find employment.”
Meanwhile, job search platforms have recently been continuing their competition to enhance job seeker convenience by introducing AI-based personalized recommendations and conversational support features.
