Asan Nanum Foundation Recruits 'Asan Doors 2026' for Global Aspiring Entrepreneurs in Their 20s

The Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairperson Eom Yun-mi) announced that it is recruiting participants for the 'Asan Doos 2026' program, which supports young adults in their 20s aiming for global entrepreneurship, until April 20.

'Asan Doors' is an incubation program designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs at the idea stage materialize their businesses, providing opportunities to learn by directly executing essential early-stage processes such as team building, product development, and customer validation.

The recruitment is open to individuals or teams aged 19 to 29 who have not yet established a corporation, and applications are accepted regardless of nationality. The program is conducted in both Korean and English. A total of 60 participants will be selected for the 2026 batch, and during the approximately seven-month program, they will receive various forms of support, including mentoring, dedicated coaching, and funding for overseas expansion.

Participants can receive mentoring from senior entrepreneurs and review their business structures and improve their pitching skills through the IR enhancement program. Dedicated coaches provide close support for business strategy and execution, while participants receive 1 million KRW in funding per person for overseas expansion, global expansion strategies, and mentoring from UX research experts. Additionally, business potential is evaluated through customer interviews and market validation in overseas markets.

Program participants can network with fellow entrepreneurs and experience learning and growth through mutual feedback, and the four teams that pass a separate final screening will have the opportunity to participate in the Chung Ju-young Entrepreneurship Competition. A total of 70 million won in prize money will be awarded to the winning teams.

In addition, participating teams at Asan Doos can utilize various startup support services, such as workspace, partnership benefits, mentoring, and community, through the foundation's entrepreneurship platform, 'MARU' membership. With partnership benefits worth approximately 1.3 billion won annually, they can access essential services for early-stage startups—including cloud and AI, development, recruitment, promotion, and welfare—for free or at discounted prices.

Applications can be submitted on the Asan Duers recruitment website until 3:00 PM on April 20, and the final successful teams will be announced on May 15 following document and interview screenings. An online information session for prospective applicants will be held on April 2.

"Asan Doors is a program that supports the development of entrepreneurial capabilities with the goal of the global market from the early stages," said Heo Yeo-na, team leader of the Global Team at the Asan Nanum Foundation. "We look forward to the participation of many aspiring entrepreneurs in their 20s who want to experience entrepreneurship in an action-oriented way and compete in overseas markets."

Meanwhile, domestic startup support organizations have recently been expanding incubation programs to strengthen the global market entry capabilities of early-stage entrepreneurs in their 20s, and are focusing on creating a startup ecosystem centered on overseas expansion and networking.
