
NeuroJourney (CEO Lee Hyun-woo), a startup developing multimodal emotional AI solutions, announced that it has obtained venture company certification in recognition of its technological capabilities and growth potential.
Venture company certification is granted based on a comprehensive evaluation of technological innovation and business growth potential, and is a system that officially verifies the R&D capabilities and market competitiveness of technology-based startups.
NeuroJourney operates an 'Emotion AI-based User Research Platform' that analyzes users' unconscious reactions using multimodal emotion AI technology combining video, audio, and biosignals. This platform integrates webcam-based non-contact cardiac response analysis (rPPG), facial expression recognition, pose gesture analysis, and voice sentiment analysis to provide over 14 types of quantitative sentiment indicators, including immersion, cognitive load, and emotional stability.
NeuroJourney has registered six patents related to emotion recognition and has been conducting technology demonstrations through PoCs with universities and companies. It is expanding the commercialization of its technology by securing cases of user experience evaluation and content effectiveness verification using emotion data in various industries, including education, content, healthcare, and mobility.
With this venture company certification, NeuroJourney plans to accelerate the advancement of its emotional AI technology and the development of customized models for enterprises. The company aims to provide a B2B SaaS-based emotional decision-making infrastructure by building large-scale emotional datasets and developing emotional modeling optimized for industry-specific KPIs.

NeuroJourney is a tenant company of Seoul National University Campus Town and a member of Seoul AI Hub, and is pursuing technological advancement and expansion into the global market centered on SaaS for emotional AI-based UX evaluation and content analysis.
Meanwhile, emotional AI and multimodal data-based UX analysis technologies are increasingly being adopted in various industries, such as education, healthcare, and mobility, to optimize user experience and verify the effectiveness of content.
