Remember & Company (CEOs Jaeho Choi and Kihong Song), which operates the business network service 'Remember', announced on the 18th that it has signed an exclusive memorandum of understanding (MOU) with iM Bank (CEO Jeonghun Kang) to secure talent in the financial sector and innovate recruitment.
The signing ceremony took place on the 17th at the iM Bank headquarters in Suseong-gu, Daegu, with key officials from both companies in attendance. The core of the agreement is that Remember will act as iM Bank's strategic recruitment partner, taking charge of the entire process of talent scouting and recruitment.
iM Bank has selected Remember, which possesses an unrivaled talent pool and HR expertise, as its exclusive partner. The fact that more than 90% of the top 1,000 companies in Korea by revenue currently utilize Remember to secure key talent also influenced this decision.
Through this collaboration, we are moving away from the traditional job posting-based recruitment method and introducing a scouting system that proactively identifies and proposes suitable candidates. Furthermore, we are pursuing a strategy to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality by utilizing AI technology to analyze finance-specific competencies and suitability, and combining this with professional interview support and in-depth background checks.
