Plan I Selected as AI & Data Voucher Supplier

Plan I has been selected as a supplier for the government's AI and Data Voucher program and is expanding support for the adoption of AI solutions and digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), mid-sized companies, and venture firms.

The AI Voucher and Data Voucher programs are support initiatives jointly operated by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Data Industry Promotion Agency. They were established to help companies leverage artificial intelligence technology and data to enhance service competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and explore new business opportunities. The AI Service Voucher provides up to 200 million won per company, while the Data Voucher program provides up to 75 million won.

Companies can use the voucher to adopt Plan I's integrated business AX platform 'SyncInsight' and AI-based conversational website solution 'Plany'. This enables the implementation of AI services, execution of data utilization projects, automation of customer consultations, and streamlining of business processes.

SyncInsight is a knowledge-based AI platform tailored to the enterprise environment, designed to analyze documents and data accumulated within an organization to create and operate various business-oriented AI services. It supports the utilization of various AI agents in actual work environments, including document summarization, automatic report generation, data retrieval and visualization, internal document search, and chatbot functions.

'Plany' is an interactive website solution that converts content accumulated on a website into AI knowledge, enabling users to immediately obtain the information they need through questions. It focuses on reducing information search time and automating responses to repetitive inquiries by transitioning from a traditional menu-centric navigation structure to a question-based interface. Furthermore, it offers a multilingual feature that automatically recognizes the input language and provides responses in the same language, making it suitable for environments handling international customers. Recognizing these capabilities, the solution won the Grand Prize in the Business Innovation category at last year's AI Service Awards.

Plan I plans to support the creation of practical digital innovation outcomes by presenting AI service designs and data utilization strategies tailored to each company's specific industry environment and needs. To this end, it intends to provide a comprehensive support system covering the entire process, from the business planning stage to service development, data utilization, and the application of AI models.

This project targets domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies seeking to strengthen service competitiveness and drive business innovation through the adoption of AI technology and data utilization. The application deadline is the 31st of this month, and companies wishing to participate can apply via the Plan I website by the 27th. Consulting support related to business planning is also provided during the application process.

Plan I stated that the utilization of AI and data is establishing itself as a key element in securing corporate competitiveness, and announced that it would support companies through the voucher program to reduce the burden of technology adoption and achieve tangible results in digital transformation.

Meanwhile, the company plans to participate in the Cloud Voucher program, which supports the transition and adoption of cloud services, to expand its support system for corporate digital transformation linked with AI, data, and cloud.
