Codit Officially Launches 'ChatCodit,' AI Service Specialized in Global Policy Analysis

CODIT, an AI-based law, policy, and regulation platform company, announced on the 18th that it has officially launched 'ChatCODIT,' a conversational AI service specialized in policy analysis. Since its beta service launch last January, it has completed practical verification as it is utilized as a policy analysis tool by Fortune 500 companies and major public institutions.

ChatCodit is an AI-based policy analysis agent designed to respond to the rapidly changing policy and regulatory environment. Based on over 1 billion data points accumulated by Codit and 16 patented technologies, it integrates and analyzes domestic and international laws, enforcement decrees, National Assembly meeting minutes, government data, administrative rules, information on key figures, and news. Through this, it provides comprehensive information on policy backgrounds, issues, and business impacts, and presents grounds and sources along with answers, enabling immediate use in report writing and review tasks.

With this official launch, an analysis framework considering the hierarchical structure of laws and inter-departmental connectivity has been established to provide more accurate answers, and by incorporating industry-specific regulations and policy guidelines, it is possible to precisely identify practical application standards and compliance requirements.

The global regulatory comparison feature has also been enhanced. Legislative, statute, and news data from Singapore have been added to existing data for Korea, the U.S. (federal and 50 states), and Japan, allowing for the comparative analysis of regulations across multiple countries within a single conversation. For example, practical questions such as "comparison of key AI regulatory obligations between Korea and the U.S." or "differences between California and federal privacy laws" can be answered interactively.

Key features include key summaries, selection of analysis countries, presentation of customized regulatory priorities, provision of regulatory response checklists, source-based responses, and analysis based on document uploads. Additionally, through 'User Profile Settings,' customized analysis is available to receive priority notifications on issues highly relevant to the organization.

Chat Codit is available in three plans: Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. A 14-day free trial and a launch discount promotion apply upon payment. Public institutions can use the service through a separate pricing plan, and the service is available on the official website (codit.chat).

"Corporate policy review must go beyond simply searching for laws and analyze institutional differences by country, legislative trends, and stakeholder dynamics," said Jung Ji-eun, CEO of Codit. "Chat Codit has focused on providing answers that can be immediately utilized in practice by integrating and analyzing global policy data." She added, "We plan to continuously enhance our data scope and analysis capabilities to support companies and institutions in responding quickly to policy changes."

Codit currently operates a law, policy, and regulation analysis platform based on over 1 billion domestic and international data points and proprietary AI technology, and is expanding its business in major Asian and North American markets including Korea, Japan, Singapore, the United States, and Taiwan.

Meanwhile, in the policy and regulation sectors, the recent increase in the adoption of AI-based practical analysis platforms is contributing to strengthening the rapid policy response capabilities of companies and public institutions.
