Generative AI startup FortyTwoMaru will attend and give a presentation at the '1st ICT Venture Forum of 2026' held at the Lee Min-hwa Library of the Korea Venture Business Association inside Mario Tower in Guro-gu, Seoul on the 18th.
Organized by the Korea Venture Business Association, this forum is designed to bring together CEOs and key executives of leading venture companies driving the domestic ICT industry to share technology trends and business strategies. Under the theme "Strategies for Redesigning Revenue Models for ICT Companies in the Era of AI Agents," the event will examine the direction of industry change and promote cooperation and networking among companies.
In particular, as generative AI enters a stage where it is being applied in earnest across industries, this forum is expected to serve as a venue for discussions to examine the opportunities and challenges facing ICT companies and to explore response strategies.
Kim Dong-hwan, CEO of FortyTwoMaru, will deliver a presentation on the topic of "AX Experience in 2026 and AI Service and Technology Perspectives" at the main session, the "ICT Insight Seminar." Based on AI transformation cases accumulated across various public and corporate sectors, he plans to present implementation strategies that go beyond technology adoption to lead to strengthened corporate competitiveness and improved revenue structures.
In addition, along with the impact of the proliferation of agentic AI, which makes autonomous decisions and performs tasks, on the industrial structure, practical response strategies for ICT companies to secure a competitive advantage in the new technological environment will also be shared.
FortyTwoMaru has been developing a solution that combines Search Augmented Generative (RAG) and Machine Reading Comprehension (MRC) technologies to mitigate the hallucination problem cited as a limitation of mega-language models. Based on this, it provides industry-specific lightweight language models and supports a private environment that enables the safe utilization of internal corporate data, thereby ensuring both security and cost efficiency.
CEO Kim Dong-hwan emphasized the importance of a strategic yet agile AX drive to respond to changes in the AI-centric environment, and announced plans to contribute to the expansion of AI utilization and business growth for domestic ICT companies based on the company's technology and experience.
Meanwhile, with the recent combination of agentic AI and generative AI technologies, practical business applications and competition in the enterprise AI services market are rapidly increasing.
