Modusign Selected as Supplier for 'AI Voucher Support Program'

ModuSign, an AI-based contract platform company, has been selected as a supplier for the '2026 AI Voucher Support Project' promoted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Information & Communication Technology Promotion Agency (NIPA).

This project is a program that provides up to 200 million won per company to promote the adoption of AI by small, medium, venture, and mid-sized enterprises, and selected suppliers will provide AI solutions to demand companies.

Through this project, Modusign plans to provide its AI contract management service, 'Modusign Cabinet,' to client companies. This solution focuses on systematizing corporate contract management by converting paper documents or unstructured contract data into digital assets.

In particular, it is equipped with the capability to quickly extract and structure key items within contracts, such as expiration dates, penalty conditions, and renewal clauses, by utilizing OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI technologies. Furthermore, by automatically tracking contract execution and renewal timings and providing advance notifications, it helps reduce unnecessary costs and contract risks.

In addition, it is characterized by providing an environment where a company's contract assets can be grasped at a glance by enabling integrated management of related documents, such as purchase orders and delivery confirmations, as well as contracts.

Modusign operates a dedicated organization for companies wishing to participate in the voucher program and plans to support the entire process, from initial consultation to assistance with business plan preparation. Through this, the company aims to reduce the burden of administrative procedures and help businesses adopt AI.

Meanwhile, as the demand for AI-based document automation and contract management solutions has recently increased, competition in the SaaS market for corporate business efficiency is becoming increasingly fierce.
