– Salaried rich people, training PM practical talents for lecture planning.. Intensive recruitment until July 11th

Salaried Workers Rich People (CEO Lee Jeong-hwan), a practical financial technology platform for office workers, announced on the 23rd that it will hold the '2025 Education Content Planning PM Internship'. The aim is to discover prospective product planning experts with a growth mindset and strengthen their ability to respond to rapidly changing markets.

The position being recruited is a lecture planning PM, and the intensive recruitment period will be until July 11th. The target recruitment size is double digits. Anyone who is a new employee or has about a year of experience in lecture content planning can apply. After completing the onboarding process, which includes about 5 weeks of practical training, there will also be an opportunity to transition to a full-time position through a performance-based evaluation.

Applicants gain practical experience as part of a class team. The class team is an organization that leads growth based on portfolio expansion, and covers a wide range of areas, from the basics of financial technology to startups and side jobs, financial investment, and self-development. The actual sales ratio has been growing steadily. Last year, the non-real estate sales of the salaryman rich grew to more than 30% of the total.

Practical training is operated on a project basis. It provides practical problem-solving experience so that you can acquire planning capabilities at a rapid pace, beyond simple repetitive tasks. Applicants participate in the entire business funnel process from customer data analysis to experience journey design, marketing strategy establishment, and performance review. You can participate in data-driven decision-making and directly contribute to expanding the product portfolio to solve customers' realistic concerns such as purchasing a home and preparing for retirement.

A capacity building structure that helps with step-by-step growth has also been established. Salaried Rich designed detailed missions so that even applicants with little practical experience can quickly adapt. Specific achievement goals such as product understanding, planning, marketing strategy establishment, and detailed page production are presented, and the participants' educational content expertise and productization sense will be improved. Expert review and feedback sessions will be provided throughout the process, and close communication with experienced personnel such as PMs, marketers, and designers will also be conducted.

A basic training program is also provided to help you learn how the organization works and adapt and grow. This internship includes various onboarding sessions that are designed to motivate and expand your thinking, such as reviewing success structures, book reviews, leader mentoring, and a buddy system.

Lee Jeong-hwan, CEO of Salaryman Rich, said, “This recruitment program will be a rare opportunity to experience expansive content planning while responding to a rapidly changing competitive environment,” and added, “We hope to see many applicants who want to grow into planners who can approach problems from various angles and present solutions.”

Meanwhile, the company is spurring the strengthening of the product planning capabilities of the salaried workers. Along with this internship, it is also recruiting PM job experience. Applicants with more than 3 years of experience are eligible, and intensive recruitment will also be conducted for the same period as the internship.
